Smart-I develop a professional database team to do research and update the data in Smart-I database. In Smart-I guideline, staff in the team shall review company name, telephone, fax number, direct mail, direct company website, etc. for reference in internal guideline. All of the reference is referred to access Information from company official website, HKTDC, ICRIC, LinkedIn. Smart-I database and TM team will practice the data enrichment and research by sending email or telephone call with consent on marketing activities such as event invitation. Smart-I shall consent the Data about their willingness to receive information.

Smart-I will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
